Bios of the Panelists

Deepak Mittal (Speaker) is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in product, AI, and data Strategy. He is experienced in transforming an organization into an insight-driven, AI-enabled organization. Currently, Deepak holds the Founder & CEO position of NextGen Invent Corporation, a leading global professional services company that has always been at the forefront of providing solutions using disruptive technologies such as AI, Computer Vision, NLP, and Intelligent Automation. During his career, Deepak has served as a member of the Board of Directors of many companies including D4DT, Optym, and Launch Right Now. He is a strategic advisor of various organizations that grew from small start-ups to a unicorn or had successful exits. Deepak holds expertise in evaluating new product ideas, devising an appropriate product and AI strategy, transforming organizations into insights-driven organizations, and structuring strategic partnerships. Deepak has an MBA from Columbia Business School, and an M.S. in Industrial Management Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.


Mario Najera Villegas (Speaker) , a supply chain management leader with over two decades of experience, brings a wealth of expertise as a Senior Supply Chain Leader. His career highlights include optimizing supply chain operations in diverse sectors like fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and industrial domains, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry's intricacies. Throughout his career, Mario has excelled in leading transformational initiatives, adopting innovative technologies, and implementing end-to-end supply chain strategies across various countries and industries. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence have consistently driven operational efficiencies and improved organizational performance. Notable achievements include leading the global COE (Center of Operational Excellence) for Quality, Safety, Environment, and packaging and the end-to-end Supply chain CAM for Coca Cola FEMSA, orchestrating omnichannel strategies at McDonald’s-Arcos Dorados, and spearheading supply chain transformation projects at Alsea. Mario's strategic vision, coupled with his background in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, positions him as a visionary leader focused on operational excellence and organizational transformation through technology adoption and innovative strategies.


Jagan Reddy (Speaker) brings 25+ years of supply chain solution strategy, business transformation and P&L management experience in global enterprise solutions companies to his position as co-founder partner and Managing Partner US of NetLogistik. From early stage, pre-revenue startups to $1B+ supply chain/retail software companies, Jagan has utilized his broad-based experience in operating roles across strategy advisory, sales, product and delivery to drive high-level strategy in fast-moving environments. Recognized across the supply chain solutions industry for customer value creation and thought leadership, Jagan is impassioned by building and growing organizations. He takes pride in providing strategic advisory services to senior executives of companies both large and small, helping businesses understand the key influencing factors driving the latest industry trends and delivering crucial insight and guidance to help them stay ahead of the curve. Entrepreneurial success is another strong suit Jagan brings to his position. Since co-founding NetLogistik in 2017, he has led the company—the fourth he has created—to $10M in annual revenues while building a workforce of 100+ people and elevating the company to status as one of the top three global partners of Blue Yonder. Charged with growing relationships with 600 customers globally, Jagan led a successful cross-functional organization of product, sales, marketing, account management and delivery experts that consistently met or exceeded revenue growth and margin contribution targets.
Jagan began his career at supply chain software provider, McHugh Software, where he held product development and sales support roles from 1995-2002. His education includes an M.S., Systems Science emphasizing Computer Science from Louisiana State University.
