Andrew Turczak

Andrew Turczak MBA, MHS, PA-C serves as the Vice President of the Connecticut Orthopaedic Institute (COI) which includes oversight of both the MidState and St. Vincent’s Medical Center campuses of Hartford Healthcare. Prior to his current role, Andrew was named Senior Director of COI in 2019 and led the development of its second location at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He also served as the Executive Director of Perioperative Services at ST. Vincent’s Medical center from 2020-2022. Since stepping into the role of Vice President, he is responsible for COI’s operational and quality success in its entirety. Since inception in 2017, the program has grown by more than 400% in surgical volume, ranked greater than the 95th percentile for patient satisfaction, and has earned multiple Joint Commission Advance Certifications including being the first in the country to earn the Advance Spine Certification. Andrew has been practicing as a physician assistant for over 15 years in emergency medicine and orthopaedics. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), Connecticut Academy of Physician Associates (ConnAPA), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He is a Past President of the Connecticut Academy of Physician Assistants (ConnAPA). Andrew performed his undergraduate training at Quinnipiac University graduating summa cum laude and earning his Bachelor of Science in 2007. He continued his education at Quinnipiac earning his Master of Heath Science degree in 2009 in physician assistant studies and finally his MBA in healthcare administration in 2018 
Kim Viadero

Kim Viadero is an accomplished Surgical Services Administrator with over three decades of experience in operating room leadership and healthcare management. Kim successfully oversees a $22 million annual budget at Griffin Hospital, supporting seven departments and a team of 105 full-time employees. She is recognized for her expertise in operational efficiency, team building, and process improvement. A driving force behind advancements in surgical care, Kim spearheaded the implementation of cutting-edge technology, including the Da Vinci robotic surgery program, and established a Bariatric Surgery service line that achieved Center of Excellence from ASMBS. Her leadership has significantly enhanced clinical outcomes and patient experiences, earning her widespread recognition in the field. 
Harold Mondschein

has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector, including direct patient care, sales, and consulting for health systems and manufacturers. Before Medtel, Mr. Mondschein was a Managing Partner at Proficient Surgical Equipment, a leading medical device distribution company specializing in innovative technologies in surgical care. Harold's clinical experience includes working as a neurological specialist in physical therapy at NYU Medical Center and then later successfully launching a state-of-the-art neurosurgery rehabilitation program at Beth Israel Medical Center's Institute or Neurology and Neurosurgery. 
Deepak Mittal

is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in product, AI, and data Strategy. He is experienced in transforming an organization into an insight-driven, AI-enabled organization. Currently, Deepak holds the Founder & CEO position of NextGen Invent Corporation, a leading global professional services company that has always been at the forefront of providing solutions using disruptive technologies such as AI, Computer Vision, NLP, and Intelligent Automation. During his career, Deepak has served as a member of the Board of Directors of many companies including D4DT, Optym, and Launch Right Now. He is a strategic advisor of various organizations that grew from small start-ups to a unicorn or had successful exits. Deepak holds expertise in evaluating new product ideas, devising an appropriate product and AI strategy, transforming organizations into insights-driven organizations, and structuring strategic partnerships. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at Endicott College, shaping future business leaders. As Vice Chairman of CommonWell Health Alliance and a Director at JB's Keys to DMD, he advances healthcare interoperability and supports those with Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy. Lawrence's exceptional military service earned him the United States Meritorious Service Medal, reflecting his commitment to excellence and welfare.
